Plain terms for the LandShield foundation release.
1. Scope of this release
LandShield is released in increments. This release provides account creation, organisations, membership, clients, projects and the Project Workspace. Mapping, document analysis, reporting, verification and automated assistance are not provided.
2. Professional responsibility
LandShield is a workspace, not a professional adviser. Nothing in the platform constitutes a survey, valuation, planning opinion, title opinion or legal advice. Professional judgement and liability remain with the qualified practitioner and their organisation.
3. Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the conduct of accounts you invite into your organisation. Owners and administrators control membership and must remove access promptly when it is no longer appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, circumvent access controls, or use the platform to misrepresent land rights or entitlements.
5. Availability
The platform is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during the increment programme. Features may change as later increments are released.
6. Company information
LandShield Technologies Ltd is incorporated in Nigeria and provides a jurisdiction-configurable digital platform for users and organisations in different locations. Company registration details, the registered office and statutory contact information are provided on request and in contractual documents.
7. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Organisations operating under other jurisdictions should agree supplementary terms before onboarding.
